1. Verify PC Retriever program is closed.
2. Click on link below to download the patch file and choose Save.
3. Choose Save In: Desktop as the destination so the file can be easily found.
4. Click Save.
5. When download is complete, close this window and dialog box (if necessary).
6. Double-click PCRAutoFix icon on desktop to install the patch to your computer. Click Run to bypass Security Warning.
7. Follow on-screen instructions (click Next, then Finish).
8. Plug in VI, start PC Retriever program; new firmware will be installed automatically.
9. Go to Check for Updates and download updates (all boxes should be checked).
10. Follow on-screen instructions.
